Corina’s credentials include providing legal assistance to large and medium size corporations in relation to multi-million-euro share or asset deals, spin-off or group reorganization projects, involving clients from the public and private sectors. She has been involved in or coordinated the assistance provided in relation to engagements concerning the early structuring stages of a project and negotiation of specific documentation, up to court representation in relation to mergers and spin-offs, while also assisting clients during the final implementation of conditions precedent and other transaction-related covenants.
