As leader I do all my best to create not only followers but also other leaders. It is really rewarding for me as a leader to see how my employee development strategies worked very well and my team delivers all the KPI’s, quarter after quarter.
As intrapreneur I managed to create a team from scratch, in charge with a new consultancy service focused on transfer pricing and based on my vision and our team efforts – we increased our customer base over seven digits.
Being part of a community it is always important to give back! My own way to give back was to launch my personal initiative: „Vest for Life”. As a result, I personally delivered to bikers & pedestrians on roads over 100 special vests.
I strongly believe that no matter the object of change, we as individuals, have the responsibility to create better lives for ourselves and for others – my personal goal as professional and community volunteer is to lead by example and to become one – especially for my son.
