Cătălina has extensive experience advising on data protection, technology, and e-commerce matters. Catalina has been involved in complex projects involving legal advice on all aspects of GDPR compliance processes. Cătălina has provided legal assistance in international personal data transfer processes both within and outside the EU as well as in responding to data breach incidents.

Notable achievements
At the first Romanian Global Legal Hackathon, Cătălina and her team won the special prize for the best product for developing a GDPR application that is useful for managing the compliance program in organizations.
