Carmen’s main practice area is dispute resolution with a particular focus on employment and competition litigation.

Her expertise includes assisting and advising a wide range of clients on general dispute resolution matters, in various litigation such as debt recovery procedures or tax matters, as well as in conducting legal research on certain topics of interest. In addition, she regularly advises on insolvency issues and during the enforcement proceedings.
