Carmen Bănică

Carmen is part of our advisory team and she is involved in several of the firm’s key departments, spanning banking and finance, real estate, commercial and corporate areas of pratice. Previously part of in-house legal teams of major banking institutions and global companies besides her practice in other major business law firms, Carmen amassed critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. She currently assists important international and large national clients in a variety of matters.
