Camelia has experience in domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions for major clients in a wide range of areas, such as real estate finance, trade finance, aviation finance, mortgage finance, secured lending, municipality financing.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
– a leading Romanian bank in relation to factoring operations with receivables held by private entities against local authorities in Romania, including an in-depth legal analysis of these operations by taking into consideration the Romanian and European regulatory framework in respect of public debt and public financing;
– a firm specialized in commercial and residential constructions, in connection with negotiating and signing an EUR 8,865,000 term investment facility for the refinancing of certain existing indebtedness and financing/refinancing costs related to the acquisition of certain new equipment, as well as the construction of a new cold storage facility;
– a Romanian subsidiary of a leading automotive supplier in connection with the entering into four bilateral facility agreements with one of the leading Romanian banks.
