Benjamin I. Malek is the ICDR Director in New York. Before working at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, he worked at Shutts and Bowen in Miami, FL and the CPR Institute in New York. He graduated the White & Case International Arbitration Institute of the University of Miami School of Law with an LL.M. in International Arbitration LL.M in 2018. Mr. Malek is fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French. His recent publications are included in the Paris Baby Arbitration Biberon and the ICC Panama Publication commemorating the 100th year anniversary of the ICC.
