Beatrice Stoica
Beatrice Stoica is a Senior Associate in the Litigation team. As a lawyer, she is adept at negotiating settlements outside of court, when possible, but she is also prepared to fiercely defend their clients’ rights in trial settings if necessary.
Beatrice was involved in various projects related to administrative law litigation, public and civil law litigation, as well as in air transport law or expropriation area, successfully representing numerous clients both before Romanian authorities and courts.
