Andrei Nicolescu

Andrei is a founding member and the coordinator of NDI, providing legal services mainly for solving disputes and litigation and for the day-to-day business of clients in different domains.

Irrespective of the size of the company or of the business, Andrei always succeeds in finding the best solutions in complex situations in insolvency, public procurement, energy, competition, sport, mergers and acquisitions, also representing clients in disputes and litigation.

In the past 10 years Andrei has been advising one of the biggest companies active in the Energy field, providing legal assistance in all public procurement projects the company has participated in, including the litigations that derived from these projects, and also in matters regarding the cross-border activity of the company by participating in projects all over Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Sports law met excellency through Andrei. He has advised one of the most well-known football teams in Romania, from its incorporation and licensing and during the current activity of the football club.
He graduated Bucharest Law School and has a LLM in Business Law – Insolvency, being member of the Bar since 2001.
