Andrei Gongea

Andrei is an energetic competition lawyer and has been involved in various competition law, consumer goods, pharma and telecommunications law matters.

In terms of competition projects, he has provided assistance in a number of complex competition investigations, merger control notifications, competition compliance programs and trainings and other specific advice tailored to a variety of clients.

Andrei has recently advised a global innovation-driven pharmaceutical company in relation to the entire transaction whereby it has divested one of its landmark medicines.

From a regulatory standpoint, he has been involved in numerous projects concerning consumer goods (e.g. issues related to warranties, recalls, price information), pharma (such as distribution of medicines, pricing, transparency, clawback tax, sponsorships) and telecommunications law (for example, matters related to streaming platforms, allocation of phone numbers, fixed and mobile telecommunications services issues).
