Andrei Anghel

Andrei’s primary practice is Corporate law and M&A. He provides assistance in relation to corporate governance matters and is assisting our clients with various procedures carried out within public institutions.

In addition, he took part in several IP/IT related projects, his contribution materializing in fulfilling the procedures for acquiring software protection and counseling clients in relation to trademark and patent protection within the national framework.
