Andreea Zvâc

Andreea Zvâc is a Partner with Wolf Theiss and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency, Public Procurement and Dispute resolution teams in our Bucharest office. Andreea has over 20 years of experience and has successfully advised foreign investors in a wide variety of litigation cases and public procurement matters. Andreea supports clients in relation to all legal aspects of ongoing public procurement procedures (including preparation of documents for participation of bidders in public procurement procedure) as well as in relation to any disputes that may arise from the involvement of the clients in a specific public procurement procedure. She has been involved in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and construction litigation as well as in numerous and complex enforcement procedures. Andreea is a licensed public procurement expert.
