Andreea Ioana MARIN joined the Sora & Asociatii team after working as a legal advisor and then as an associate lawyer in several consulting or law firms in the field of civil and commercial law. Consequently, Andreea Ioana MARIN outlined her experience mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, enforcement, public procurement and real estate law.

Andreea Ioana MARIN has relevant experience in the field of litigation and arbitration related to the areas mentioned above.

Andreea Ioana MARIN is a lawyer dedicated to the profession, passionate about every case approached and extremely determined in obtaining the result she is looking for.

She has experience in contractual negotiations in the real estate field, but also in the field of reaching agreements between the associates of a current or future commercial company. These experiences bring her close to the specialized field of registrations at the trade register, but also to the land book, together with all the litigious procedure related to these fields.

Andreea Ioana MARIN also worked in the field of family law where she dedicated herself to defending the rights of minors, mainly, but also to protect the rights of any of the spouses in relations inside and outside marriage.

Education: She has a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) in Civil Law – Law Faculty from University of Bucharest and also a Master of Laws (LL.M) in the field of International Law from the same institution.

She is a member of the Romanian Bar Association.

Andreea speaks English, Spanish and Romanian.
