Andreea Botez is a senior associate of Voicu & Filipescu. She focuses her practice on personal data protection, IT&C, industrial property rights as well as general corporate and commercial.

Andreea Botez has been involved in complex projects of compliance and implementation of data protection & privacy requirements both before and after GDPR’s entry into force, working for national and multinational companies active in various industries such as healthcare, retail, insurance, media, tourism, outsourcing.

She is an experienced lawyer advising international and Romanian clients in various day-to-day corporate and commercial matters related to their activity in Romania. She has also accumulated extensive experience assisting Romanian and international clients in matters of intellectual property, IT&C, as well as in the development of new businesses in Romania.
