Andrada Barbu has assisted and represented clients before courts of law and arbitration courts, being involved in complex administrative and civil projects in various fields such as contract disputes, public procurement, actions on ownership and land fund, administrative appeals, incidents related to foreclosure proceedings, challenge of financial corrections. The main areas of practice are contractual and administrative disputes, in particular, assistance and representation of economic operators and contracting authorities before the National Council for Solving Complaints and competent courts in complex disputes involving the public procurement procedure or performance of public procurement contracts.
