Andra is frequently involved in representing clients, both private sector parties and public sector bodies, in public procurement litigation, insolvency proceeding-related litigations and enforcement proceedings.

Education
Andra completed a double education in Romanian and European law, at the University of Bucharest and at Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and holds a LL.M degree regarding the nullity in the light of the Romanian Code of civil procedure.
