Anca is Senior Associate in our Employment and Real Estate practices. She advises in matters such as transnational posting of workers, transfer of undertaking, termination of employment agreements, disciplinary procedures, reorganizations, internal regulations and collective bargaining agreements. In real estate matters Anca advises in relation to due diligence, title investigation and drafting of various real estate agreements.

Anca is a member of Bucharest Bar Association.
