About
Anca has been assisting our clients in various corporate transactions and corporate governance matters, such as share capital increases, shares or business transfers, dissolution and liquidation operations. In addition, she was part of the teams advising clients in relation to capital markets aspects, as well as certain projects implying assistance on energy related regulatory aspects.

Highlights of her activity include assisting
– the leading regional telecommunications and media group and its Romanian subsidiary in issuing two series of senior secured bonds, in one of the largest bond issues by a Romanian issuer;
– a large international pharmaceutical company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, on various general corporate matters, including, inter alia, preparation of corporate approvals, assistance regarding the convening of the shareholders to the general meetings of shareholders, management structuring and other corporate governance matters;
– a client in the implementation of an acquisition of shares from a corporate group, in their Romanian subsidiary; performing due diligence analysis over the Romanian target and providing legal assistance on various post-closing matters.
