Anamaria Corbescu is Managing Counsel in Dentons’ Bucharest office. She specialises in all aspects of corporate law. She has extensive experience in M&A projects, having worked on many large transactions, as well as on complex commercial agreements in various sectors: capital markets, real estate, automotive, IT&C, pharmaceuticals and FMCG. Anamaria has also advised clients on employment matters (business transfers, collective bargaining agreements, dealings with the unions and collective lay-offs), intellectual property and data protection matters. She regularly publishes legal articles in various national and international publications.

Anamaria was a Fulbright scholar between 2008-2009, pursuing her LL.M. studies ar Columbia University in New York.
