Ana-Maria Damian

Ana-Maria Damian is a Lawyer at Oglindă & Partners, part of Arbitration, Construction Law and Public Procurement Department.
Ana is a graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and a member of the Oglindă & Partners team since September 2019. She is specialised in construction arbitration proceedings, being involved in drafting various documents in disputes regarding quality of works claims, non-execution exception, delay penalties, price adjustment and others. Ana has also a very good knowledge of public procurement procedures, providing consultancy for clients acting in Romanian construction business. The area of expertise in public procurement consultancy covers every phase of the procedure, from drafting tenders, identifying risks in contractual terms and overseeing the client’s relation with the contracting authority, to litigation procedures regarding public procurement contracts.
