Ana-Maria Albu’s main practice area is in the energy and natural resources sectors, with a special focus on renewables, oil & gas and hydrogen. Ana assists clients on a wide variety of matters throughout all phases of project development, ranging from contract negotiations to regulatory and compliance matters. Besides this, she assists clients in public consultation processes concerning the enactment of primary and secondary legislation regarding natural resources, energy, construction and various regulatory aspects, including implementation of EU legislation into the Romanian legal framework.
