Alina Tihan

Alina Tihan is a Senior Counsel and Romanian international finance lawyer in the CEE Finance team based in Romania.  With over 20 years’ experience in law, Alina has been involved in a wide range of complex transactions, national and international, financings, refinancings, restructurings of loans and transfers of loan portfolios, assisting mainly credit institutions.

Alina also advised sponsors/lenders, investments funds, prominent real estate investors and developers, from Romania and from the entire CEE region, as well as municipalities and institutions of higher education in Romania.  Alina gained an extensive and diversified finance experience including real estate financing, acquisition financing, trade finance for export-import activity and financing in the agribusiness sector throughout Romania and the CEE region.

Alina also advised on regulations in the field of banking, capital markets and financial instruments.  Moreover Alina has significant international experience leading a number of financing transactions from our London and Prague offices.
