After being admitted to the Bucharest Bar I started working as a junior lawyer in the legal counselling department of Zamfirescu Racoți & Partners, granting legal assistance to both domestic and international clients. Whereas the firm has a solid practice of Corporate and M&A, I was involved throughout various operations regarding the activity of a company in Romania such as setting up companies, secondary offices, drafting sale-purchase agreements of shares, drafting shareholders resolutions, as well as throughout the due diligence, documentation and signing phases of M&A projects.
I also gained experience in public procurement operations, granting legal assistance to either contracting authorities or bidders in tender procedures, related to: legal assistance regarding the appropriate award procedure of a public contract, drafting and/or reviewing tender documentations in accordance with the national and European legislation, legal assistance regarding the examination of the eligibility of bidders.
I further became involved in various employment matters, working on collective dismissal procedures, disciplinary procedures, employees’ reorganization procedures, drafting individual employment agreements and internal regulations, as well as termination of employment agreements.
As an Associate at Mitel & Partners, my practice focused primarily on banking & finance, corporate & commercial and mergers & acquisitions, being involved in various financing/refinancing projects, including drafting the related documentation to such projects. I was also involved throughout the entire finance section of legal due diligence reports.
Currently, I act as a Senior Associate within Stoian Predoiu Attorneys, granting legal assistance to the firm’s clients in both dispute resolution and legal counselling matters.
