Alexandra holds a Bachelor Degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2000).

Skills and professional experience

Alexandra has more than 19 years of experience in banking and finance, with a focus on financial instruments and services and capital markets related aspects. She worked in the legal departments of the Romanian subsidiaries of 3 major banks, and also in the banking practices of the Romanian correspondent firms of 3 top international law firms. Her unique experience in serving both internal clients – from the position of in-house counsel, and external clients – as independent lawyer, enables her to understand complex client needs, work cross-divisionally and assist with both regulatory and transactional projects in the banking and financial services field.

Alexandra speaks Romanian, English, German and French.
