Alexandra Davidoiu is a senior associate of Voicu & Filipescu. She focuses her practice on real estate, corporate and commercial, public procurement, as well as PPP and concessions.

Alexandra Davidoiu has been involved in real estate projects and has conducted due diligence on target assets. She has also advised clients on public procurement procedures, including advising interested consortia or legal entities on various bid requirements, analyzing tender documentation and its compliance with relevant law, subcontractors’ agreements for participation to bids.

She has also been part of the team who has successfully represented clients in the administrative contestation procedure and disputes in court for challenging the award decisions.
