
Adriana Dobre is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations. Starting with 2008 Adriana represented domestic and international companies in various litigation matters. Adriana has extensive experience with respect to commercial, competition, tax, employment, public procurement, real estate and IP litigation. Adriana provided representation before the Romanian courts and jurisdictional authorities to major companies, but also provided legal assistance in the settlement of disputes in order to avoid litigation.
Adriana successfully represented a renowned Greek bank with respect to the insolvency proceedings of a business partner during which the client recovered almost entirely the receivable (exceeding EUR 2 million) and the association led by the international corporation Hamon Research Cottrell in relation to successive complaints and applications related to public procurement procedures. Adriana was part of the legal team which successfully represented Greif Flexibles Romania SRL (formerly Storsack Romania) in challenging a tax decision imposing on the client the obligation to pay an amount exceeding EUR 2 million and Profi Rom Food in challenging the Competition Council decision sanctioning the company for an alleged price fixing agreement.
