Adriana Crai has a vast litigation experience, representing clients before the Romanian courts at all levels of judicial proceedings and in various practices such as civil, commercial, labour, or administrative, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court of Romania. With more than 600 complex litigation cases and arbitration proceedings throughout her career, she is a highly experienced civil and commercial litigator. She assisted an important number of real estate developers and constructors in complex administrative and tax disputes related to office buildings and shopping centres, residential, logistic and industrial related projects.
