Adrian Cazan joined RTPR Allen & Overy in 2013. He is a qualified lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar and of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.

Adrian has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and M&A transactions, with a focus on renewable energy projects and public procurement. These include the sale and purchase of investment properties; development and urban regeneration; property finance; leasing and letting activities.

His practice areas also include general commercial and contract law, construction law, energy law and projects.
