Adina Rotaru

Andreea-Adina Rotaru is a Bucharest Bar-qualified attorney, recognized as a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer (2025, 2026), with over 17 years of experience in business law, gained within leading national and international law firms and organizations.

Her practice focuses on corporate & commercial law, competition law, foreign direct investments (FDI), real estate and intellectual property, advising clients across various industries in complex transactions, compliance projects and risk management.

She adopts a business-oriented and solution-driven approach, with a focus on efficiency, clarity and alignment with clients’ commercial objectives.

She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2009, being involved in competition law initiatives and professional discussions.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2008 and subsequently completed specialized training in intellectual property at the WIPO Academy – World Intellectual Property Organization, including courses on trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications.
