Adina Aurel

Adina Aurel is a Counsel at Wolf Theiss and part of the Corporate / M&A and Projects, Energy & Infrastructure teams of the Bucharest office. Having over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Adina has been engaged in important M&A transactions as well as in energy and real estate projects, assisting the clients through all stages of a transaction, from the development of projects, day to day advice for operational companies, preparing the business for sale or performing due diligence, to negotiating the purchase agreement, coordinating the closing and integrating the operations of the resulting business. She has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry in Romania, as prior to joining Wolf Theiss she also held the position of Legal Director inside the Renewable Wind Energy Association  in Romania, where she represented the members’ interests before the Romanian and European authorities and submitted new proposals and amendments to the renewable energy law in Romania. Adina holds a Bachelor of Law and International Relations from the “Nicolae Titulescu” University of Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
